the adoption of the Finance Senate Committee Substitute offered on                                                              
page 2818. Without objection, SENATE CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO.                                                                      
373(FIN) "An Act relating to school construction and maintenance                                                                
grants; extending specified public school bond debt reimbursement;                                                              
and providing for an effective date" (Title change SCR 31) was
